hi well all of a sudden i got this massive wave of dizzness or shiver type feeling in my head i actully jumped out of my seat it was like an electric shock in my head then came the shaking and fast heart beat. i have had this before not nice anybody else experience this x

Hi I have had it when for now reason I go really dizzy like om going to fall and it last for a minute and then goes away. But I guess the fast heart beat abd shaking came after as it had scared you, I used to get it a lot just put it down to anxiety but its scarey.

yeah thats it scared me the dizzness feeling like your not with it for a few seconds i jumped up from my seat . thank you for your input x
