hi all :yesyes:
not posted for a while,
does anyone else get alot of pain across their shoulders
and just underneth its quite sharp and it hurts,
it can start anytime no matter what im doing watching
tv or playing with the kids etc,
its doing my head in, my husband thinks it could
be because im tense alot i suppose that makes sence,

Hi there

I can totally understand how you feel, Im having the exact same lately.
Pains in shoulder muscles radiating to underarms (worst on left side), even in my neck.
Im sure its tense muscles,I went for a thai massage but OMG it was agony!!!!!
I keep thinking its my heart, but thats the health anxiety ruling my thoughts again.

its driving me insane,
it was hurting alot before so i put a ho****er bottle there
oh the relief was great really helped,
my husband said it has convinced him more now its muscular
ive done that so at least i know what to do in future xx
