Hi There,
I am new but I am sure my anxiety is old hat to you all.
I think mine is linked to my hormones, 2 weeks of the month I am scared and anxious and the other 2 weeks of the month I am told I am loads of fun and a bundle of positive joy. I wish I could be more stable.
I am waiting for a CBT referal and hoping Mr Cameron doesnt axe this kind of therapy in favour of a horse brass museum or something equally tory.
I have always been a worrier but its mutted recently into health anxiety, OCD, GAD, and I have all the marvellous symptoms that go with this.
I dont always spell things correctly because life it too short to double check everything you say, however if this doesnt put you off then do get in touch!
