New member - panic attacks and social phobia

Hi, my name is Julia. I'm 30 and currently coping with a fear of social situations, particularly surrounding food/ restaurants and eating. This has spread to more social situations now including going out with friends and dating. I have just started some therapy so hoping it will help. I was asked out on a date next thursday and have had about 3 panic attacks just thinking about it! Total madness and looking forward to your suggestions and support.
