I am scared to take meds. I mean REALLY scared! I would love to be able to take something for my panic. I am to scared. Wish I could. I hate living like this.

If you had a bad headache would you go and take a painkiller without thinking about it twice? That's the exact question my doctor asked me and i said yes. So she said it's the same with the anxiety if you get to the point you can't cope with it and it affects your life you need to either get a help eg CBT or take some medication.

How about you go and see a doctor and ask what they can offer you.

Ask your doctor for the smallest dose possible and then ask if you can cut them into smaller pieces. Start off just taking a slither of a pill and work your way up.

What is worrying you about the medication?
I ask as I was terrified of starting mine, but it turned out to be just what I had needed!
