Hello everyone,
I remember a friend of mine using this forum a few years ago when she suffered from anxiety and found it really useful. I have a problem with social anxiety although I've only just realised this. For ages now I've not felt like socialising and suffered low self esteem and I've grown apart from most of my friends as a result as they mostly don't understand. Anyways, enough doom and gloom, I'm going to be positive now and try to do something about it. You all seem lovely
