Dont mess up the best things in your life, just because at present you are unsure who you are.

Welcome again, Pat.
However horrible and scary they can feel, panic attacks do not harm you, and you just have to let them ride the course. I have found that sometimes a change of activity can break the cycle of attacks.
Do you know what brings them on.
Read up on them on the main part of the site to gain a better understanding and possible remedies.
Take Care,
Ray
