hi this is very new to me but have found this site and it has been like a huge sigh of relief. Have suffered from anxiety my whole life (genetic and life experiences). my main problem is social phobia and health anxiety. It is such an all consuming illness and feels at times overwhelming. I sure lots will understand the constant mind games and self defeating talk that we inflict on ourselves daily. I find it so tiring the facade I put up to pretend that everything is fine when inside there is chaos..I look forward to being able to share some of that chaos here.
