St Johns Wort Tablets?? Any Good?

Hello,

I'm a fairly new sufferer of Anxiety.. Only about 2 months (the strong anxiety)

I am trying to stay away from Meds and was wondering if anybody has used ST JOHNS WORT Tablets?

From what Ive read and understand .They arent effective for strong /acute anxiety .Inisitol works better for Anxiety ,but is expensive .Sue

Ohh thank you.. I'll end up spending a fortune if i'm not careful...I may try the St John Worts first..If no luck I will try the Inisitol...Thank u..Natalie xx

My husband is taking them at the moment and he feels that they are definitely helping him.:hugs:

Good luck with them .They do have an interaction with the pill .and take a while to work .But like with everything ,its worth trying .t/c Sue x
