Valerian Tablets!! [Archive]

Hi

Today i have purchased some valerian tablets from the health shop but i am currently taking propranalol, does anyone know if these can be taken together?? and has anyone tried valerian.

I saw my doctor yesterday and he told me that you can take Kalms (with valerian) and Prop together.
Have you tried them yet?
Has anyone please had Kalms and did they help?

I used to take the nightime ones .They do work ,.When on medication they can have an enhanced effect so try half the reccomended dose first .or you may feel too groggy .If you take too many of them thay can cause upset stomache ,or make you go to the loo more often .Some people are fine tho .The day time ones arent as strong ,but the same applies .Sue x

Update: I took a night time Kalms and was up all night with awful tummy pain, so at least I tried!
