head tingles, citalopram, help

hi can anyone tell me what the tingles in my head are seems to happen mostly when ive just woke up or just lay there afte waking up, also burning in my arms, im on day 14 of upping a dose on cit from a 10 to a 20 please help its scaryyy ,

Its just the side effects from upping your dose. I remember getting them when i was on that med also. Im sure in a few weeks they will go

thankyou mandy.. its\worse whem i wake off a morning my head just tingles n more i lie they more bowts i have, it seems to go when i get up, but coz i worry it puts me on one all day im on day 14 ov upping the dose now xx

I started getting the burning sensation in the arms & feeling like I was going to pass out or die within 3 days of taking those, needless to say I stopped them. That was about 6 yrs ago now. I figured I just cant take things like that.
Definitely side effects, & nasty ones x
