Feeling weird. In need of some re-assurance please

Hi. Not feeling that great today and now im in panic mode. Today, my legs have been feeling like jelly and im just back from shopping. I have a pain up the right hand side of my head but im thinking this may be eye strain. I felt lightheaded and sick and i feel all shaky and now im sitting so worried. Im scared of something happening or having a fit or something. Can anyone re-assure please? Thanks x

Hi Ntalie sorry you are feeling poorly did you have a busy time shopping ?? have you got a cold coming ?? are you tired ?? all these would be responsible for you feeling a bit off.
Rest and spoil yourself for a few hours and see how you feel .
