Anyone whos not taking meds have body 'zaps'

When I wake up I feel weak, dizzy, tired and hear my heart thudding then I get a few minutes of body 'zaps' where it feels like someone has pulled the plug out then put it back in, I know this is common with medications but how about without?

Does anyone else here have this who is not taking meds?

Do you mean "brain zaps"? I never used to get this before I took meds but there are people that have. If you do a search for "brain zaps"/"head zaps" you should find quite a few threads on this.

I came off sertraline a few months ago and got electric shock type things up and down my body, they stopped after a few days tho.
