Tight Chest

Hi All,

I keep getting a clenching, constriction sensation in my chest.

It's not painful but I'm aware of a clenching tightness in my chest.

Could it be GERD? (although I have no pain or acid sensation)...I don't feel excessivley anxious so I find it hard to think that it's anxiety.

Any advice/help/suggestions?

Porbably tension of the chest wall muscles caused by stress and anxiety. I used to get this all the time.
