all of a sudden symptom

does anyone get this feeling a little bit of aniexty like i do most days for no appernt reasons apart fron panicking over symptoms. all of a sudden ill get this feeling in my head like the top of my haed is being pushed down and gives me a strang dizzy feeling.also i have had what i think are brain jolts or brain shacking feels like my head tottally spun out for couple of seconds strange feeling tho .:)

I get this a lot. I've been assured by my doctors that it's just anxiety and my increased awareness of sensations. Soemtimes I don't even feel worried when it happens, it just does because our bodies need to release adrenaline and they're a bit confused.
