help Please..

A little while ago i went to take my tablet for ibs and as i went to get the tablet out my left hand felt really weak, i didnt drop the packet but it was weak. now im terrified i might of had a stroke ,

I have this quite a lot of the time, seems like I am unable to grip onto things and they fall out of my hand.

my GP told me it was stress.

left hand and arm weakness is classical panic... i used to get it and freak out i was having a heart attack and now i actually welcome it because i know then for sure that all the other weird feelings are panic and anxiety as well.
