Hi all just joined. Have had a terrible summer ( death of close friend, my marriage due to be in July had to be cancelled) which caused my normal levels of anxiety to spiral out of control - was suicidal at several points... but beginning to find a way back to "normality" through some hard work, good friends, a recovery of some belief and hope and latterly some medication. Clonazepam worked wonders in crisis but have nearly weaned myself off as i don't want to become addicted. Am also trying sertraline nearly 5 weeks in and, who knows it just might be some benefit??? Look forward to meeting people. Never been in an online group before - not sure what to expect...
