losing a grip

Hey for the past two weeks i had been doing quite well,i had upped my meds...but now the anxious panicky feeling and the feeling of losing my mind is back with a vengence!!!! feel im losing my grip...any advice??

Porbably heightened anxiety due to upping your medication. It happened to me and settled down after about 4 weeks.

Hi Wendy,

I would agree, its probably the increase. Causes horrible side effects at times for some of us but it will settle down and you will feel o.k again...just give it time.

Thanks for you replies i would have said the same but i upped them 5 weeks ago about the 3rd week was when i felt quite good,then i had one thought pop in my head and bam its all back!!!..cant shake the feelings again its awfull,feel like is this as good as it gets now..
