Bach Flower Remedies

When anxious I use a lot of "rescue remedy" and at night I use "rescue remedy sleep aid" which both really seem to help. So I looked in to the Bach flowers and found someone who could make a blend just for me... and I think it helps. Don't know how or why but it really does seem to!

Anyone else given Bach flowers a go and found them helpful?

I use them too and find the Rescue remedy very useful in taking the edge off the anxiety. I also find the sleep aid very effective too if I wake up full of anxiety. It seems to settle me back to a peaceful sleep
