Anxiety when I have people spend the night

I am pretty sure this would fit in here, if not sorry. But anyways, whenever I have someone spend the night, if they are the first to fall asleep, I get really anxious and overwhelmed and I don't really know why. Why could this be. It never bothers me when I spend the night at other peoples houses, but for some reason it bothers me at my own house.

Sort of understand ... different senario but same feelings, visitors love seeing people but I also feel very tense when in my home... almost want to kick myself when they go as I know that if I settled down that I would enjoy it more ...but thats anxiety for you... x
