swallowed hair dye?

I swallowed a very small amount of hair dye I think - basically I was getting my hair dyed red, there was a bit on my face so I wiped it with me hand and got a bit on my finger - and a bit on my phone too , cleaned it off but am now worried I swallowed some, I'm not sure what to do - this was at like 4pm and I feel fine now but I'm quite worried. What should I do?

You will be fine - if you haven't been sick or anything by now then it is highly unlikely you will be unwell.

I have done the exact same thing, and yes I panicked, but my friend who is a qualified hairdresser says she has done it plenty of times and she is still here. Her telling me this gave me the biggest boost :).

It's absolutely fine :) I have friends who are hairdressers too and the amount of times I've seen them get it all over there hands and then eat or drink is uncountable!
