Anyone else get throat pain?

My whole body just feels tense and there is a pain on the left side of my voicebox, its not really there all the time, but i am not sure because i seem anxious and tense all the time.

Does anyone else get this?

i get throat pain alot now since i had my tonsils removed when i was 21 (im 25 now), it could be a wee strain you have given yourself with being tense.
