does the pill effect panic attacks

hi i am new to this forum given by my gp.i have had panic attacks for the last 6 years.i am on propananol 4x a day and an anti depressant .neither helping!!!!
i have been researching panic attacks and the contraceptive pill.there seems to be a major link with panic attacks.just wandering if anyone has any info on this.:)

I'm not aware of this. However, when I'm not on the pill, my anxiety is high for a good week before my period. So I prefer to take the combined pill as it seems to get rid of this.

i have noticed that my panic starts a week before my period.i have just stopped the pill as i have researched that it can make it worse not better.who knows the answer clutching at straws really!!
