okay just want to tell you the symptoms i expeirence.. before i say the dr said he is almost convinced its anxiety..
when i get worried about my breathing, it starts where it seems like i am all tense.. especially in the right part of my chest then my stomach goes tense and above my stomach and my shoulders do tense and so does my neck?? so i get nervious and more scared i get the worse it getts? but i can take a deep breath.. in and out.. im not breathless..
anyone relate? or tell me what it could be please.
