Just wanted to say a quick hello :)
I'm new to the site and also new to panic attacks!! Due to a lot of stress over the last 3 months i've developed anxiety and panic attacks that seem to be getting worse, so i decided to join you all here as it looks like i could get some really good advice, so glad i found this!

New here myself, but not new to panic attacks. I can remember when I first started having them though and I wish I'd had the courage to do something about them back then.. so glad you're acting quickly, really hope this place helps you :)
