increase in meds and i am hoping and praying

hiiiii my friends ....i have had my cits increased to 30mg a day i have been on 20mg for about 6/7 weeks with no let up on panic/anxiety.

i do hope that this increase may help...i have such a stressful week next week - daughter going to upper school.

she has given me diaz for 14 days and to take if i need.

if you dont mind my friends would you please keep my daugher kerrylouise in your thoughts and prayers that she gets on ok...she did not have a successful transfer day and came home in tears.

So glad the doc upped your meds tracey, lets hope things start to improve for you now.
