I have been frantic with worry for 3 months now due to my GP. I suffer with anxiety and had a particularly bad run of ectopics so went to surgery for ECG. GP said it was abnormal and suggested I had, had a heart attack!! Took me to the hospital where I was monitored, bloods done. Consultant said I had not had any significant event and GP was wrong, only unifocal pvcs and a slight murmer which was nothing to worry about. I now have to have an echo and event monitor, which I have waited 3 months for. Panic attacks are awful as I am convinced I have something serious. Can pvcs be purely caused by anxiety?
