Im new to the site to - couldnt work out how to post a new message, only to reply to an existing one!

Im having a pretty rough time at the moment, had lots of stress over the last 2 years and it finally all got too much about 6 weeks ago.

Im now on tablets but to be honest I dont think they are helping me much, I feel worse some days.
