Normal for body to vibrate heart beat sometimes?

Sometimes when im lying down I can see and feel my whole body move to my heart beat, like vibrating.

Is this normal?

I had an ECG and they said nothing was wrong with it.

You probably see it more in your stomach and yes it is normal

Lol yea, I first noticed this whilst lyin in bed starin at my tummy one day. My tummy was movin to the beat of my heart so I freaked out of course but my mum an sis said they get it to an it's normal! xxx

it just feels like my heart is beating hard and that my whole body moves with it, all of it, also there is tinnitus.

Ive been getting this for the past few days. Even when im not anxious. I find the best thing to do is keep active because then you dont notice it.
Its bloody annoying!
