I am a 40 year old male, I have just returned from a family holiday and I think I have started having anxiety/panic attacks of some description.

Where is the best place to post for some advice?

hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii - go into forum and you will see topics that you can enter and then start a fresh thread.

keep on cursoring down there are threads on meds at the bottom.

:welcome:Chairboy. There is a panic anxiety forum but I think you should look at the info down the left side of this page first...'panic attacks'/'anxiety' as there is some really helpful info in there. This will get better.:bighug1:
