hi

i am a recent sufferer of depression which has been going on for about 2 years now, i also suffer on and off from panic attacks. im 26 and never imagined that i would go through what i have been through. i am looking for friends and other people who have experienced similar to share stories and exchange advice because i have found this very difficult to deal with.

ive been reading this forum for a couple of weeks now and thought it best to join and try and contribute if it can help anyone else in any way.

my names rubina and im 42. i have bipolar and ptsd n phobia of poeple. at present im suffering from sever depression and get terried of going out cause i think somebodys going to say something and stare at me or laugh at me. i been racially abused in my childhood and last year some youths abused me so its been very difficult to get over n move on. ive heard good things about this group so im hoping to make friends n get a lot of support.
