Hi Petrina

I know exactly how you feel and you are not alone. It feels like you have lost control but you are still there and no one around you is making an affect on you. I have sat and tryed to reason with myself and thought i was going mad but i was still trying to think rationally.

Here to help you and so many people on this site will be.

Love Sal xx

HI Petrina

Welcome to the forum I’m almost new anyway about a week or so I have been on here and I have found it to be a massive help with understanding things my mind throws at me. Well like everyone else said this site will help you and I agree you should look at the success stories as they remind you it is possible to live your live as normal as you can and be successful.

I to have a condition very similar to your own and it is possible to cure it and deal with it, I’m currently going through a little relapse, which I know will pass given time. One question do you feel that your voice sounds different and things like that and you are withdrawn from reality and unable to do every day task.

Well all the best and I hope that it all settles down in fact I’m sure it will.

Hi Petrina, and welcome.

I had constant dizziness when I started the panic attacks. It will go if you put some steps in place.

Cheers,

Are you still struggling with this or are you better now ?

Dizziness is a very common symptom indeed and does go with time and patience.
