my meds been up to 20mg from 10mg

hi im on citrolpram been on 10mg for 4 weeks they have put them up to 20mg will i get more side afeects as my other ones have calmed down from the 10mg any 1 no please

No , you won't get any more side effects , they are in your system now :)

It is possible that you will get more side effects with each increased dose I am afraid (assuming you had side effects when first starting on them)

If you do get more side effects they are usually mild and pass after a few weeks, but if they are bad or bother you, see your GP.

ive upped from 10 to 20mg been on 20mg for 4 wks now n still getting bad side effects, doc sed its because ive doubled the dosage, was still worried this morn thought they would ov settled in so i foned the chemist,, they said mixture of both anxiety n tabs n can take up to 6 wks to settle in, xx

I upped from 10 to 20 the other week, and I'm afraid my anxiety went through the roof. My Doctor seemed quite surprised, but like you said it's double the dose.

Lasted 5 days, and I've now dropped back to 10 and hope I feel better soon. Not really sure if I have should have stuck with them or not!

What sort of effects are you having?

I had racing thoughts, vivid dreams, palpitations and nervous energy.

my side affects were exactly the same as u chick they had calmed down just hope i dont get them back x
