can anyone help?

I have a very weird feeling in my left foot on the sole, the only way i can explain it is it's like i have a mobile phone inside my foot on vibrate, every 2 secs it vibrates then stops this has been going on all day.
Just wondered if anyone has this or could help with what it might be?

it could just be your muscle contracting,like sometimes you can get twitchy eyes or just twitchy muscles in different places.its nothing to worry about.i get twitchy muscles when i have over used them or im tierd.hope that helps.:)

I used to get these all over my body and at the moment I have one in my forearm which has been twitching for days. Its tension/stress/anxiety related, try not to worry about it

Hi, Just wondered if your wore flipflop type shoes? This can cause this kind of sensation. I had it in my left foot for months last summer - it is harmless but annoying. I used to sleep with a cold water bottle and pressed my foot against it to numb the sensation.
