Head issues -HELP

Does anyone get a tight scalp/ head pressure and feeling going crazy and can't think straight? Had this today and v distressing!

Any experience would be helpful.

I do! Right now, actually. I've had a headache on and off for a couple of days and today I've been getting this pressure behind my eyes and forehead. Googled it. BIG mistake. I also have that feeling like you can't think straight. I'm wandering around in a fog. I read that these type of headaches can be caused by anxiety, and the can't-think-straight feeling comes from anxiety too. I think I'm getting so anxious about the headache that it causes the dream-like foggy feeling. Sorry I can't be much help, I'm kind of freaking out about it myself right now.

I used to get this badly whenever i had a particularly bad week of anxiety. Its all to do with adrenalin and tension in your head, face and neck muscles. Its awful isnt it. But it will go so dont worry, its definitely nothing to worry about :) Just another buggin nasty symptom of the dreadd anxiety!!!! :(
