Been to see gp today

shes signed me off for another month from work and has upped my sertraline too 100 mg. Shes also given me diazepam for twice a day if needed just till i go backmin a week. Shes also given me olanzapine for night as she feels it will block the intrusive thoughts and allow me to sleep deeper.
Im also continuing on the propanolol!
Crikey, for someone that was not wanting to go down the medication route a month ago, i have to laugh!

If you need extra help to get back on the right path, then you need extra help, we all do sometimes. I am on Olanzapine, I take 1 x 2.5mg a day, though I have taken 2 the last days though as I am back at work and was anxious about it.

I had to leave work today :-(

I was feeling really awful. Sore head, felt sick and dizzy. Am not sure if it was panic or if I was genuially feeling ill? I really dont want this to start affecting my work and for me to have to get signed off - would not go down well!

I was on sertraline but changed one week ago to citralopan cant feel it working yet but hopefully it will kick in soon.

I also have 2mg diazapam to take when needed and I took one today and didnt feel it did anything?! What other meds are there that can help?

Sorry you are not feeling well today, try (I know, easier said that done..) not to worry about being signed off, you need to get yourself well and in a calmer place.

The Cit probably takes a bit of time to kick in and the diazapam, I have 2mg for emergencies, you can take 2 of them on the low dose, if you are really panicking. I have an appointment with a specialist at the hospital next week (on top of everything else..), as he wants to investigate my possible IBS or if its something else...my GP told me to take 1 or 2 diazapam before the appointment to keep myself calm.
