Hi guys. I am sure that most of you who attend CBT get told that exercise plays an important part in the road to recovery. Well I recently joined an exercise/fitness class called Zumba which some of you may have heard of. It's a great way of de-stressing yourself and it makes you feel really good and happy when you're in the class and also at the end. I am thinking about doing it twice a week, taking it up at the end of the week also as that is when I am at my most anxious. They run classes all over the world and they start from as little as £4 per session. It's a really great way of releasing endorphins and it makes you feel really good as each class is a real laugh. It helps me take my mind off my worries! I would say that it is more for the ladies than the men! I have noted down the website where you can search for a class:

Ive never even heard of it. What do you do? XD and no they mind people who are terminally unfit? lol
