Bit of a girly question!

Hey :)

I've been doing ok with my anxiety but I feel a little anxious tonight I'm due on my period and I was wondering if all the hormone changes would make my anxiety worse?

Hi,
Glad your doing well and yes hormones can play a big part in the way we feel and how we cope with things.
On any normal day I can feel really good but just before Im due I can get very anxious but I dont know why, I mean for no apparent reason apart from knowing my period is due. I also become really motivated and make big decisions that I would normally not even dare do! I think maybe its because if it all goes wrong I can blame my impending period!!!

YES my anxiety goes through the roof when I get my period! hope your feeling better now you know it's pretty common.
