Hi Gem,

Glad you found the site...I was the same...found it whilst searching for my meds etc. It has been a huge support for me and I have made friends on here too!!

Dont feel daunted by taking meds...alot of us have to to make us function and live a "normal" life....not always forever...we get there eventually...just takes time.
