Hi everyone
I am new hear and really would like to hear other peoples expieriences.
Does anyone get really bad cold flushes during a severe panic attack?

Welcome to the site...................I am sure you will receive loads od help here.
In a word..... YES...........I get cold chills when I am anxious. I also shiver but I think this is partly due to the fact that I tense my whole body up when I am in a state.
You will learn over the next few weeks by looking at this site that anxity does come with alsorts of awful symptoms. ( even though I have still to be convinced on all of them myself)

I am also new here. I don't get cold flushes but hot flashes, which seem to go right through my body. I have read lost of symptoms on this sight and it makes me feel a lot better knoeing there are other people out there who feel the same. hope you feel better soon

i have had cold ones b4 but i tend to have hot ones and break into a sweat. i guess it affects everyone in different ways.
