aching leg

i have had an aching right leg for atleast a week and a half. i am NOT happy...
anyone had the same sort of thing?

Your leg could ache for all sorts of reasons. You might have strained it, it might be the cold, or hundreds of other things. If it's really bothering you, you need to find out what the cause is. Where exaclty is the pain, what is it like, what had you been doing when it started, is there anything to see, is there anything that makes it better, or worse?????????

My right leg aches it is because of the sciatica nerve in my back.The Neuroseurgeon wants to put me in hospital to fix it but not this old girl,I am having Pysio and acupuncture,hoping that might ease it for awhile.

thanks! definitely not in the cold because i'm not in nz right now... !
but sciatica could be.. i used to get it badly but down the other leg.
i do a lot of exercise but i always have done.. so maybe i did strain it. its actually the same side as my back that has over developed muscles from scoliosis.. maybe that has something to do with it.
