had a random panic attack in work on thursday my upper arms were burning i didnt feel real i felt sort ov numb like something was going 2 happen didnt know what.
had 2 run out twice for fresh air and splash water on me face managed to get through but all weekend i feel like im in shock and i could panic at any time, im a bit scared 2 go back in 2moz.
