So the doc gave me another months worth of 20mg citalopram yesterday with instructions to go back for another assessment in a month just in case they need to increase the dose... The doc seemed sceptical about me remaining on 20mg.
I'm quite happy about the medication for now, and I have a CBT book to start reading but just haven't yet, no reason, I just haven't. Although I feel desperate to speak to someone, I feel I need counselling, but Rhondda Cynon Taf health auth' will not pay for it, and I cannot afford it. I dont feel I can do it over the phone, my job is mainly phone based so I hate living my personal life on the phone...
