my name is julia, 27. i`ve been suffering from anxiety disorder since i was 19 and i`m on medication since then. i`ve had my up`s and down`s, right now though, i reached a whole new level of low. my life is fine, i have a partner who adores me ( plus the usual job/money stress), BUT my symptoms are getting worse...right now, i sit in my bed coz i feel so dizzy that i`m afraid to get up. i know that i`m supposed to relax and wait for it to pass, but i cannot help and wonder...what if is NOT anxiety?? i just wanna feel ok again :(
sorry for the long post, maybe i was supposed only to introduce myself, but this is me, the whole package, and unfortunately this illness seems to define me latey..
