hurts when i breathe or move

my chest back and shoulders hurt when i breathe in or move in a certain way,when i pull my shoulders down the pain is awful,anyone know what this can be.???

might be best to have a word with your doctor if i9ts hard to breath you may have chest infection

Would an anti-inflammatory maybe help if it's muscular? Because you are worried then you are probably also tensing yourself up. What about trying a hot bath :hugs:
