I found a lot of information online about anxiety, but i guess what i really wanted is the reassurance that i have discovered by reading through the posts of this community.
I have suffered from health anxiety since i was a little girl, but it spiraled out of my control a few months ago and i started having full blown panic attacks.
Although i have started pulling the pieces back together, i worry that i might slip back without more help than my long suffering bf can offer.
Anyway, what i really wanted to say is thank you.
