Sorry, not sure where to put this one...

I've been getting really angry recently whenever I get frustrated. The tube strikes were on last night and there were roadworks so I had to walk around in the dark for ages before I found my way home. I lost my temper, and swore aloud, and kicked the rails that blocked my path etc.

When I was a teenager I'd have big shouty arguments with my family, but I calmed down a lot as I grew up, but got depressed only about a year after I grew out of these angry arguments. There hasn't been space for anger in my life. I had an outburst a few months ago at my brother, but I can't remember being this angry about something for ages if ever... not swearing and stuff.

Is it normal to get angry like this? Is it healthy? I wasn't afraid to express my anger, because I felt that if I didn't, I might turn it in on myself. I'm just coming off citalopram now and I suspect it could have something to do with it.

Opinions/stories about anger would be appreciated...
