anybody exprience this symptom ???

plz help me
about 3 weeks when i wakeup morning after 1 hour i feel some strange sensation in my face near my ear (right side)
when i do this works i dont feel this sensation
1- eating
2- talking
3-toch skin (face)
4- put something on my ear or my face (right side)
6- put glassess

is it from my anxiety ??
i'm a hypocondoria for Hiv,Ms,Brain Tumor

I used to get really bad head and face sensations from my anxiety. Sometimes it would feel like there was pressure in my head and face, sometimes random parts of my face would feel numb (especially the right side) and some parts would tingle, and sometimes it just all round felt strange! I could get these sensations for weeks on end!

If the sensation isn't noticable when you touch your face or eat then it's definitely anxiety, and even if it is still present it sounds to me a lot like anxiety. Us hypochoncriacs tend to worry over every single sensation, even if it is normal! :)
