Rash on arm... Totally freaking out :(

Hi huys. About half an hour ago, I was scratvhing my left arm (I didn't realise I was doing it btw!) and when I looked at it, there was a few red spots. I'm going out of my mind wiht worry thinking that it's Meningitis, but I have had these spots before. In fact, I had a couple just the other day adn thought it was the same thing. Can anyone put my midn at ease on this one please? I'm quite worried :weep: Thanks x

A month or two back I went through a weird phase of having a severe itchy rash in patches on my legs, arm and foot. They just disappeared after a few weeks... not very sure what/why. There are other symptoms with meningitis. I always remember being told to tilt my head forward to touch my chin to my chest as a test.
