my dad works away from home and i am normally anxious but i am even worse when he goes overseas.
i feel like a nervous wreck. when the phone rings i panic and get that rushy feeling and whenever i hear a car park or doors slam outside i jump to the window, getting ready to see the police man and hear the news.
i have a fear of flying, and get very nervous on days he will be flying and constantly check the internet for news on terrorist attacks or plane crashes.
any ideas on any coping techniques or people who are the same? or positive facts about planes?!!?!
